ARS Innovations Services Private Limited primarily provides digital and professional services. As such, we do not ship physical products. This policy explains how our services and digital deliverables reach you.

No Physical Shipping

Because our work is delivered digitally, no courier, postal or freight shipping is involved, and no shipping or handling charges apply to any order. You do not need to provide a delivery address for our services.

How We Deliver

Depending on the engagement, deliverables are provided electronically through one or more of the following, as agreed in your proposal or statement of work:

• Email or secure file links for designs, documents, reports and data files.
• Repository access for source code, handed over to your nominated account.
• Deployment of websites and applications to your hosting, cloud or app store accounts.
• Online access to dashboards, analytics and managed campaigns.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates and milestones are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Timelines begin once the agreement is signed, any agreed advance payment is received, and we have the content, access and approvals needed to start. We keep you updated on progress throughout the engagement.

Delays

Delivery can be affected by late feedback or materials, changes in scope, third-party reviews such as app store approval, or events outside our reasonable control. If a delay is expected, we will tell you promptly and agree a revised timeline with you.

Confirmation of Delivery

A deliverable is treated as delivered once it has been sent to the email address or account you nominated, or made available at the agreed location. Please review deliverables promptly and let us know if you have any trouble accessing them.

Third-Party Products

Where we purchase domains, hosting, software licences or other third-party products on your behalf, they are delivered by the relevant provider under that provider’s own terms.

Changes to This Policy

ARS Innovations Services Private Limited may modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes are posted on this page and become effective upon posting.
