Nature of delivery: All Deliverables are delivered electronically — via email, secure download links, shared cloud folders, online project handover or by deployment to your website/app environment. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping or courier charges apply.

Indicative turnaround times after order confirmation and receipt of required inputs from the client are as follows. Exact timelines for each project are confirmed in the proposal or statement of work.

2. Method of Delivery
Deliverables are handed over through one or more of the following channels: email, secure file-sharing links, a shared project workspace, version-control repositories, or direct deployment to your hosting/app store account. Login credentials and access details are shared securely on completion and full payment.
3. Delays
Project timelines depend on timely provision of content, approvals and feedback by the client. Delays in receiving these inputs, or changes to the agreed scope, may extend the delivery timeline accordingly. We will keep you informed of any material change to the expected delivery date.
4. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or hosting outages, third-party service failures, natural events or government action.
